Because each item is custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns for size changes or change of mind.

We will, however, happily replace your order if:

- It arrives damaged

- There’s a printing issue

- You received the wrong item

Email us at INFO@LOOVELIFE.COM within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right — at no extra cost.
